I realize many people become a realtor for the potential money you can make,The reason I became a realtor is I lost my mother in 2006 and I had to sell her home which was the most difficult decision I had to make I hired a realtor through a referral from a lawyer which was the biggest mistake of my life he yelled at me on the phone and told me I had to accept an offer no matter what it was. At times he had me crying after the conversation after I sold the home I moved back to California and made a promise to myself that I was going to get my real estate license so no one would have to go through what I had to go through.  I realize that many people buy and sell a home for good reasons but there are people out there that its the most devastating thing they have to do wether its because of a possible foreclosure,divorce,death or health reasons. I have peoples best interest at heart not my wallet.
